| "The New Democrats/Les Neo Democrates, Martel," 1-3/4" X 2-3/4" Green/White/Black Celluloid. Elie Walter Martel (1934-Alive) was a New Democratic Party member of the Ontario Legislative Assembly from 1967 to 1987. He was succeeded by his daughter, Shelley Martel. He ran one additional time, in the 1997 federal election, coming in second behind Ray Bonin. This item could be from a campaign of either the father or daughter. It shows aging, with some minor yellowing and slight and limited lifting of the celluloid. Sold "as is." |
