We do our best to provide you with the consumer information you need to make a wise purchasing decision.  We strive for accuracy in our descriptions and note significant defects whenever they exist.  We also provide thumbnail photos and enlarged images for on-line inspection.

LIFETIME GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY

The items offered by Havel's House of History are guaranteed to be genuine.  We do not deal in reproductions or facsimiles.   But mistakes are possible, particularly given the advancing technology of autopens and other reproductive devices which make authentication increasingly difficult.  If you ever have reason to believe that the item you purchased is not authentic, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price, less any applicable discounts or shipping and handling incurred by the seller.  The purchased item must, of course, be returned in the same condition it was in at the time of purchase.  This full refund policy is valid for the lifetime of the original purchaser.  The guarantee is made to the original purchaser only and is not transferable to a third party.

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE FOR OTHER REASONS

We recognize that one's expectations are not always met upon delivery of an order.  That's why Havel's House of History permits the return of items (autographs, political items, or other purchases) for a full refund within one month of receipt by buyer.  All we ask is that you return the item in the same condition it was in when shipped.  You will be given a prompt refund or credit to your charge account for the full price of the item, less any applicable discounts and any shipping and handling costs incurred by us.  If you would prefer an in-store credit for the refund amount, please let us know. 

EXCHANGES

Occasionally, we have more than one of an item.  If those cases, if you would like to exchange what you received for a second of the same item, we would be happy to make the exchange, but we ask that you cover the additional cost of shipping and handling.
