Emerged from his service as a monk to teach Ahimsa (non-violence). Addressed the Second Spiritual Summit Conference in Geneva, 1970, becoming the first Jain Master to visit the West. Married his student, Pramoda. Founder and Spiritual Adviser to the Jain Meditation International Center, New York, New York, and 57 Jain centers throughout the world. Author of 25 books.
